On the feast of Pentecost May 31, 2009 Our Lady’s Missionaries welcomed many of our families and friends who joined us at Scarboro Missions in a Liturgy of Thanksgiving to celebrate the 60′th anniversary of our foundation.

The Celebration also gave us an occasion to publicly thank all who have supported and encouraged us through the years.

Following lunch guests were invited to view, “A Man and his Dream” a documentary prepared and edited by Sister Patricia Kay, on the life of Msgr. Dan Macdonald our Founder and on the early years of Our Lady’s Missionaries,

The lives and works of OLM’s have reached far and wide over the 60 years. We remain deeply grateful to those we were privileged to live and work with, and especially grateful to those who by their prayers and support made all this possible.

With humble and grateful hearts we repeat the Pentecost acclamation “Come Holy Spirit fill the hearts of your faithful and kindle in us the fire of your Love.
